~ Generation Z thinks about the future of “food” and “agriculture” through ramen ~

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is implementing a new national movement, “Think about Japan through food. Nippon Food Shift,” which focuses on deepening the connection between food and agriculture.
This time, we are holding two events, “Thinking about Japan from food. NIPPON FOOD SHIFT FES. Hokkaido” and “From food to Japan,” which will be an opportunity to think together about the issues facing Japanese food and the future we aim for, mainly for the Z generation, who will be responsible for the next generation. Thinking.NIPPON FOOD SHIFT FES.Fukuoka” will be held.


1. Schedule and location

Date: February 19 (Saturday) and 20 (Sunday) 11:00-17:30
Venue: El Gala Passage Square, Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin Store, Fukuoka Prefecture

2. Main event contents

On February 20 (Sunday), Generation Z will hold a[Talk Session]to think about the future of “food” and “agriculture” through “ramen” via YouTube live distribution.
Local university students from both Hokkaido and Fukuoka prefectures visited the wheat used in the noodles of the local ramen and the vegetables used as ingredients, from the production site to the manufacturing factory, and once again learned about everyday food and its background. We will present what we have learned and noticed from facing a certain agriculture from the unique perspective of Generation Z.
This talk session will be held simultaneously at two venues, “NIPPON FOOD SHIFT FES. Hokkaido” (Ebetsu City, Hokkaido) and “NIPPON FOOD SHIFT FES. Fukuoka” (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), inviting guest MCs from each venue. To do. Both venues will be connected online and presentations will be alternated so that each presentation will lead to new learning and awareness.
In addition, based on the results of the “Awareness Survey on Food and Agriculture” conducted for students in Hokkaido, Fukuoka Prefecture, and Tokyo, we will discuss the issues facing agriculture and farming villages and the future of Japanese agriculture. , 3 generation Z freely conduct crosstalk.

We will develop[exhibitions and experiences]of how to enjoy “food” and “farming” proposed by bookstore staff from various angles.

A member of the theater unit “TEAM NACS”. Formed in 1996 with Oizumi, Yasuda, Totsugi, and Otoo from the Hokkai Gakuen University Theater Study Group, and serves as the leader. He has written and directed many productions. Personally, in 2008, I started the program “Hiroyuki Morisaki’s Agri Kingdom Hokkaido”, which covers Hokkaido’s food from all angles and reviews the way food should be. He is a certified rice sommelier, and has been disseminating the importance of food education and the splendor of Hokkaido at lectures and other events.

Born in 1965, 56 years old. Graduated from Seinan Gakuin University. He has a regular program on TV and radio mainly in Fukuoka and is active under the nickname “Nakaji”. He is the tourism ambassador for Omuta City and the public relations ambassador for the Hakata Police Station. He is also well versed in local food, such as posting many videos of eating delicious Fukuoka cuisine on his own YouTube channel.
