■ A thoughtful presentation was given by 10 groups who advanced to the final examination.
All of the 10 groups of presentations that passed the strict first screening were filled with passion, and the audience listened to the presentations seriously while accepting the thoughts of each company. The four commentators gave us frank impressions about the product and advice on future growth, and the contest was heated by the speakers, listeners, and commentators.
In addition, each award was announced in consideration of synergies with each company, and this contest was not a goal but a place for each company to start. We will continue to provide support for commercialization.

Product overview
Raw pasta made by kneading a whole day’s worth of insufficient vegetables (about 70g) into noodles.
Aiming to be the “world’s most delicious plant-based food,” we have realized egg-free raw noodles.
In addition, we use some non-standard vegetables and develop it as a food brand that is “delicious” and at the same time considers the global environment.

From the winner
Above all, I am glad that the general vote was evaluated as “delicious”.
We would like to continue to provide a delicious and happy dining experience by pursuing the deliciousness of a plant-based diet, rather than “how close it is to meat.”
I would like to continue to tackle social issues with “delicious” as the starting point.

At this “UPCYCLE FOOD FEST” held on June 24th (Friday), which is “National Upcycling Day”, the two companies that won the Grand Prix and Crowdfunding Award in last year’s contest, and this finalist. A total of 11 companies, including 9 companies, opened stores in the “K, D, C ,,,” food hall on the 3rd floor with their own upcycling products.
Many products that are usually difficult to purchase at physical stores are lined up in stores, and customers who come to the store listened to the introduction of each company’s efforts with great interest from the staff.
The venue was very lively every day, and it was a meaningful event to feel the momentum of the domestic upcycling business.
